This is a thank you mail, I joined AIT in 2019, after few months covid came and everything went online, despite the tough situations my teachers guided me well throughout the online phase, I remember Preeti ma’am used to solve questions and send answers to me at 12 in the night, Renuka ma’am taught everything in a manner that it is sufficient for exams like GATE. The constant motivation by Sushma ma’am, the special sessions by Alumni organized by Shraddha Oza ma’am. All the faculty members of E&TC are approachable, helpful and a true source of inspiration. The environment during Aakriti transformed me from a school going kid to a responsible team leader. Through continuous efforts I got direct PhD offers from IIT Madras, Roorkee, Guwahati, Jodhpur, Kanpur, Kharagpur and more. Finally, I joined IIT Roorkee just a week back. It was Covid time during online classes that I was able to think of some other career path apart from coding and corporate life and that too because of the constant guidance and support by the teachers of E&TC Department. I would like to thank my counsellor Karra Sir, my Project Guide Jawale Sir, HOD Sir for giving me leaves on time and guiding me at the time of offline interviews. At the end, a special thanks to Surekha ma’am, for writing LORs, for always listening to me and motivating me throughout. Overall it was a beautiful and enriching experience for me.
