Nov 2024 Vanshika, a second-year Computer student from AIT College, has won a Gold Medal in the 66-70 kg Youth Category at the Rani Laxmi Bai First Girls & Women’s All India Invitational Boxing Championship 2024-25. The championship, held in Bhusawal, Maharashtra, from 6th to 11th November 2024, featured strong competition from boxers across Maharashtra and other states. The prestigious event was organized by the AAI Foundation, Krison Sports Academy, and CSMBA, with distinguished guests such as Mary Kom, Olympic Bronze Medalist and 5-time World Champion, and Raksha Nikhil Khadse, Union Minister of State for Youth Affairs and Sports Incumbent, attending as Chief Guests. Many national medalists, international boxers, and coaches from Maharashtra and other states also participated, making this an event of great significance. The tournament was aimed at promoting and encouraging women’s active participation in boxing. We extend our heartfelt congratulations to Vanshika for her exceptional performance and for making our college and the sport proud!

Oct 2024 Kudos to Team Army Institute of Technology (AIT), Pune, for their stellar performance at the IIt Bombay Techfest Zonal Round, held in #Hyderabad on 20th October. Two teams from AIT have successfully qualified for the finals of the prestigious event ‘Mesmerize,’ securing the 1st and 5th positions. Special congratulations to second-year students Sumaanyu Nayak from SE Computers, along with Gaurav Pilania, Salit Yadav, Omesh, Shivam, Rohit Sharma and Prateek Nehra from SE Electronics & Telecommunication, for their exceptional achievements. Their innovation and hard work continue to make AIT proud. Southern Command extends best wishes to the teams for the finals!

Total stipend is 6866.6 Pounds Sterling (Rs 6.8 L), and 2000 Pounds Sterling (Rs 2 L) for journey and stay. Amongst 20 world wide SE students selected by the Barclays at Northampton branch.

Defence Stakeholders, R&D Institutes, Academia and Private Industries were participated in the function.
May 2023 Shashank Sharma, E&TC 2020 Batch alumnus of AIT, Pune has won Forbes Award of 2nd most competitive MBA in India for the year 2023. He has also crowned as Most Successful Corporate Competition Champion across all MBA colleges in India by Forbes and Unstop.
